1) They’re honest
Truly genuine people are able to communicate what’s on their minds after taking the time to figure out their opinions. They’re not shy about their views and the expectations of others.
2) They’re not afraid of failure
Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but being able to deal with the consequences is what truly matters. Truly genuine people are not afraid of failure and can admit that they were wrong. Accept and move on is their policy.
3) They’re not judgmental of others
Since genuine people are able to embrace their faults and views, they tend to be less judgmental than the average Joe. They’re able to understand that we all have our quirks and that it is fine to be different.
4) They follow the beat of their drum
Being honest is not just limited to being honest with others, but also being honest with yourself, which is why truly genuine people can see that they need to forge their own paths by following the beat of their own drum. There might be some risk involved, but because of point #2… there’s nothing to fear.
