Watermelon:If you’re thirsty, this fruit is perfect to replace water during the hot summer months since it’s 95% water! Stay cool, hydrated and healthy with a slice of watermelon and feel like a kid again!
Dried Fruits:Quick and easy snack! A handful of dried cranberries or raisins are the easiest to throw into your beach bag for some healthy sugar when the sugar craving kicks in!
Sliced Veggies:From red pepper slices to carrot sticks these veggie sticks make the easiest and healthy snacks under the sun, you don’t need to limit these either.
Ice Cream:Of course we won’t forget our favorite summer snack to cool us down! Remember to choose ice based light versions to limit your calories. Better yet, make your own at home by freezing fresh fruits in containers for a great snack when the heat is at its peak!
