1 pie dough (pate brisée)
125 grams powdered sugar
125 grams almond powder
125 gram butter
5 cl whole cream
Preheat your oven to 200 Celsius.
Wash and peal the apples, and slice them.
Begin to prepare the almond cream in a bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar, and then add the powdered almond and the cream. Mix until you have a homogeneous mousse-like texture.
Roll out the pie dough in a pie mold fit and prick it lightly with a fork. Then cover it with almond cream, then place the apple slices in the shape of a rose on the entire surface of the pie.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Leave to cool before serving.
