Ingredients:• 2 large egg whites• ⅓ cup maple syrup• ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt• 1 tbsp coconut oil• ½ tsp vanilla extract• ⅔ cup +1 tbsp oat flour• ¾ cup cocoa powder• ½ tsp baking powder• 2 tbsp dairy free dark chocolate chipsDirections:1. Preheat oven 180 C. Prepare a square baking pan with parchment paper. Let the ends hang over the side in order to remove the brownie easily. 2. In mixing bowl, whisk together egg whites with vanilla, yogurt and maple syrup.3. In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder and oat flour with baking powder.4. Add ¼ of the dry mixture to the wet and fold into the batter. Continue doing this until all the dry mixture is folded into the wet batter. 5. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking sheet and spread into a thin, evenly layer.6. Add the chocolate chips to the top then push them into the batter.7. Bake at 180 c 10 minutes until the brownies have set up and a toothpick can be inserted clean from the center.8. Remove from the oven and cool in pan 1 hour prior to removing and slicing into 12 bars.Each bar contains around 95 calories!
