250 grams fresh salmon fillet, diced, sushi grade2 teaspoons scallions, minced1 teaspoon soy sauce1 teaspoon mirin (rice wine)1/2 teaspoon sesame oil1 medium sized avocado, dicedjuice from 1 fresh limesalt
In a bowl, mix the salmon, scallions, soy sauce, mirin and sesame oil. In another bow, toss the avocado with lime juice and salt to taste. To serve, place the avocado as a base on the plate and then place the salmon mixture on top. Garnish with black sesame seeds if you'd like!You may also gently toss the two mixtures together and serve in a small bowl.
