12 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled
1/3-cup light mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons of mustard
1/4-teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
1 small peeked carrots (for the beak of the chicks)
Boil eggs, and then peel them once cooled.
Then using a knife cut the white section of the eggs in the form of a zig-zag, and remove the yolk in order to make the deviled eggs.
In a bowl, mix the yolks (smashed) with the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder and salt, mash well. Then roll the mixture into circles and place then in the zig-zag egg whites.
Cut the carrot into small triangles and place them on the yolk as the beaks of the chicks and use the olives as eyes.
Place the completed chicks in a plate and serve them to your guests!
