3 Skinny Cocktails to Make This Summer!

  1. Skinny Margherita:

Ingredients:

2 shots of tequila

1/2 a cup of lime juice (freshly squeezed)

1/2 cup of orange juice

1 tablespoon of agave nectar

A splash of sparkling water (one per glass)

Salt and lime wedges to garnish your drink

 

Directions:

Add all your ingredients into a shaker, and get shaking!

Pour over ice into the salt-rimmed glass, you may add a dash of sparkling water if you’d like. Finally, garnish with limes!

 

  1. Sangria Spritzer

 

Ingredients:

1 bottle of red wine (preferably dry)

1 1/2 cups of Seltzer (without added sugars, although it may be a fruit flavored option)

2 cups of fresh fruits (yes to oranges, all types of berries, pears, or apples!)

ICE CUBS (tons of them)

 

Directions:

Add all your washed and chopped fruits into a pitcher, muddle them lightly with a spoon.

Pour in the wine and seltzer, then stir everything together!

 

  1. Skinny Hurricane

 

Ingredients:

60 ml of Cranberry juice (light)

60 ml of Orange juice (light)

45 ml of white rum

 

Directions:

Shake up your ingredients, pour the mixture into your glass and garnish with an orange slice!
