1 kilo shell-on deveined shrimp
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup chopped parsley
For seasoning, a pinch of all: bay leaf powder, salt, dry mustard, ground black pepper, ground ginger, sweet paprika, white pepper, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, ground allspice, crushed red pepper flakes, ground cardamom and ground cinnamon
Heat grill on high. Toss shrimp with olive oil and 1 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning.
Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill until opaque, turning over once, 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove shrimp from skewers and transfer to large bowl. Sprinkle with parsley and 1 1/2 teaspoon seasoning; toss to combine. Serve immediately.
