Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast

Feel like making special for breakfast or brunch during the weekend (or any other day)? Look no further!

Ingredients:

½ cup of milk

3 eggs

¼ cup peanut butter

2 tablespoons of sugar

½ teaspoons of vanilla extract

¼ teaspoons of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

4 slices of bread

Directions:

1)   Whisk the milk, eggs, sugar peanut butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

2)   Place frying pan over medium heat and add the oil.

3)   Dunk each slice of bread into the egg mixture (soaking both sides of the bread). Then place in pan. Flip the bread over to cook both sides (around 3 minutes per side).

4)   Sprinkle powdered sugar before serving.
