The Option of a Treadmill at Home

Warm up by walking or jogging in place for at least 5-10 minutes before running on the treadmill;
Avoid running with a forefoot strike while running on the treadmill, because it can cause inflammation of leg muscles. It is recommended that you run with a heel strike and using force exerted by thigh muscles;
Alternate fast-paced running over short distance with slow-paced running over long distance using automatic programs on the treadmill to help stimulate metabolism and assist in breathing.
