Tuna and Egg Salad Recipe


2 cups of lettuce leaves

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

2 hardboiled eggs

8 black olives

12 cherry tomatoes

1 red onion

2 cup corn

300 grams of tuna chunks

For the dressing:

1 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon meon juice

1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest

1 teaspoon of mustard

3 teaspoons of white vinegar


Whisk all the ingredients of the dressing together and set aside.

Place lettuce in a bowl, then top with all of the ingredients of the salad, starting with the tuna. Then drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix.
